Appliance SSH Console

Overview

This topic provides a basic description of the AppLogic SSH Console. The SSH console provides access to the appliance via SSH.

The SSH console is accessed by selecting an appliance and selecting login (ssh) from the Appliance drop-down menu (or from the toolbar). Note, this option is only available when the appliance is running and the appliance supports SSH (as specified in its class console string).

Windows SSH Console

The login shell for a Windows appliance is Cygwin bash. In this shell you can execute the commands ordinarily available to the Windows cmd.exe shell, as well as bash commands.
