Sys_Filer_Linux, Sys_Filer_Solaris, Sys_Filer_Windows: System Filer Applications

Functional overview

Sys_Filer_Linux, Sys_Filer_Solaris, and Sys_Filer_Windows are system applications that are used to perform filesystem-level volume operations. Their boundary is identical to the single filer appliance that they contain. See filer appliance reference for details.

The Sys_Filer_Windows application is not installed on the AppLogic grid by default. Please see the Windows Installation Reference for instructions on how to install this application.
